This depends on the time of the season it is delivered. We generally deadhead as a matter of course but leave the buds.
Q: Is the rose a real plant?
Yes, the rose is a new season plant that has been containerised in a pot so that it can be planted at any time of the year, if the soil conditions are suitable for planting.
